What is it like having the chicks in our classroom all day?

  2. It is very awesome! I was so happy to get to hold one and pet it!. I held Batman the black one but he fell asleep in my hand. I am very glad that we have some chicks and I want to name the yellow one Elvis Chickie!

  4. I love having chicks in the classroom!They are so so cute!When I got to hold them they all fell asleep in my hands.But the olny thing that I dont like having chicks is that seeing cheaddar with his or her hurt leg it makes me very sad but anyways I love Miss. haefner,s class.

  7. It is so so fun to hatch chicks in the classroom and I picked up the chick named a striped Chipmunk. It felt soft, fluffy, and cozy!

    I love having chicks but they can be a little distracting. I would not trade them for anything.

  13. I like having chicks in our classroom because I like to look at them, pet them, and hold them. It makes me sad to see Cheddar's leg hurt. It's also very NOISY.

  18. Your class has done a fantastic job taking care of your chicks. Even with all of the peeps going on throughout the day, you have managed to stay focused and learn what was needed. We are all going to miss those little bundles of fur next week, but we know they will have a great life on the farm! ~ Ms. Ragland
